  • 1. Separate the egg yolk from the egg white, mix the egg yolk with salad oil, white sugar, and milk
  • 2. Sift in low powder
  • 3. Beat the egg whites with a few drops of white vinegar, and add white sugar in three portions until they become hard and foam
  • 4. Add 1/3 of the egg white cream to the egg yolk batter and stir evenly
  • 5. Pour the remaining batter into the protein cream and stir evenly
  • 6. Pour into the mold, gently shake the mold to remove bubbles
  • 7. Place the mold in the oven and bake at 180 ℃ for 40 minutes. The performance of the oven varies, so you can control it yourself
  • 8. Remove the mold and slice the baked cake
