Steps to make Vegetable soup
- 1. Dice taro, white radish, shiitake mushrooms, tofu, and carrots.
- 2. Thaw peas and set aside.
- 3. Cook and chop the duck gizzards and intestines until cooked, blanch the duck liver and dice.
- 4. Appropriate amount of dried Rice noodles.
- 5. Mix half a bowl of starch with water.
