Steps to make Huaishan Flour Meat Steamed rolls

  • 1. Steam 200g of yam and crush it with a rolling pin.
  • 2. Add 100ml of clean water (varying degrees of dryness and moisture in Huaishan, varying amounts of water, observe), 300g of flour, 4g of yeast, and 5-10g of sugar.
