Steps to make Huaishan Flour Meat Steamed rolls
- 1. Steam 200g of yam and crush it with a rolling pin.
- 2. Add 100ml of clean water (varying degrees of dryness and moisture in Huaishan, varying amounts of water, observe), 300g of flour, 4g of yeast, and 5-10g of sugar.
- 3. Stir with a bread maker to form a dough and wake up for ten minutes.
- 4. Prepare the filling, 280g pork filling, add 10g scallions, 4 chopped shiitake mushrooms, 60g chopped carrots, light soy sauce, consume oil, salt, and stir well.
- 5. Roll the dough into a rectangle and lay the meat flat on it.
- 6. Cut it into small sections after tightening.
- 7. Press each section with chopsticks in the middle and pinch it at the bottom to form it.
- 8. Put it in the steamer and wait for fermentation for 15 minutes.
