Steps to make Braised pork belly with Radish
- 1. Wash the pork belly with hot water and rinse with cold water.
- 2. Cut the cleaned pork belly into pieces for later use.

- 4. Cut the white radish into pieces and blanch in water for later use.
- 5. Heat and stir fry the pork belly until it turns golden on the surface.
