- 1. Prepare the necessary ingredients, as shown in the picture.

- 3. Rinse the cleaned black cod chunks and dry them with kitchen paper. Mix the seasonings evenly.
- 4. Soak black cod chunks in seasoning sauce and refrigerate for 8 hours.
