Steps to make Santa Mantou
- 1. Put all the ingredients in the main ingredient into the bread machine bucket.
- 2. Rub evenly.

- 5. Take 8 grams of white dough and add cocoa powder to make a dark coffee colored dough. Add 25 grams of white dough and red yeast powder to make a red dough.
