Steps to make Christmas gingerbread cookies
- 1. Prepare all the necessary ingredients.
- 2. Mash butter and add brown sugar, ginger powder, and cinnamon powder. Beat well.
- 3. Add honey and mix well.
- 4. Sieve in low gluten flour and stir until flocculent.
- 5. Add milk and stir until kneaded into a ball.
- 6. Rub it by hand and wrap it in cling film and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- 7. Take out the plastic wrap and roll it out into thin slices with a thickness of about 3mm. Cut them into the shape you like and cover them with plastic wrap.
- 8. Preheat the oven to 170 ℃, remove the cling film and bake for 12 minutes. Remove and cool.
- 9. After cooling the cookies slightly, separate the chocolate and decorate the cookies.
