Steps to make Christmas snowflake bread

  • 1. Prepare the ingredients.
  • 2. Make a medium yeast starter one night in advance: dissolve 2.5 grams of yeast in 105 grams of warm milk, and then add 175 grams of high gluten flour.
  • 3. Gently knead into a ball by hand, cover it with cling film and let it ferment at room temperature for 1-2 hours, then refrigerate and ferment for one night in the refrigerator.
