- 1. Wash the black glutinous rice and soak it in about 200ml of water for more than 3 hours (if there is time, soak it for a little longer);
- 2. Peel and core mangoes, cut them into cubes for later use;
- 3. Don't waste mango seeds either. Add 600ml of water and boil over high heat for about 2-3 minutes;
