Steps to make Laba Congee
- 1. Laba rice bought at the supermarket.
- 2. Homemade lotus seeds, Ajiao dates, raisins, walnuts, and peanuts.
- 3. Wash and soak the ingredients of 【 1 】 and 【 2 】 for at least 2 hours.
- 4. Wash the rice and medlar and pour them into the Congee pot.
- 5. Steam pressure on the pressure cooker for 30 minutes.
- 6. After slightly cooling and releasing air, add an appropriate amount of brown sugar.
