Steps to make Wuxi Bone Meat
- 1. Cut pork ribs into pieces
- 2. Add salt, chicken essence, vinegar, white sugar, cooking wine, soy sauce to the pork ribs, mix well and marinate for 10 minutes
- 3. Pour oil into the pot, add some ginger slices, star anise, and cinnamon, and stir fry until fragrant
