Steps to make Duck Blood Vermicelli Soup
- 1. Prepare ingredients and soak noodles in hair.
- 2. Put oil in the pot and fry the scallions, ginger, and garlic over low heat. Remove the remaining oil from the fried scallions, ginger, and garlic.
