Steps to make Lao Gan Ma Steamed Meat with Powder

  • 1. Peel and slice the pork belly (if you like, you can choose not to peel it), wash and drain the water repeatedly.
  • 2. Add Pixian Douban and Laoganma Douchi. The amount here should be controlled well and not too much, because both sauces are salty.
  • 3. Stir evenly, add 10 grams of cooking oil, stir evenly again, and marinate for half an hour.
