Steps to make Cold Potato Bun
- 1. Prepare two potatoes, wash them clean and peel them.
- 2. Cut into thin slices.
- 3. Steam in boiling water for 15 minutes.
- 4. Cut the chili and Sichuan peppercorns into small circles, chop the garlic into small pieces, and chop the scallions into scallions.
- 5. Put minced garlic and spicy millet into a small bowl, add salt, chicken essence, pepper, white sugar, Sichuan peppercorns, and cooked sesame seeds.
- 6. Heat oil in the pot, let the oil smoke, and then pour the oil over the seasoning.
