Steps to make Fragrant and tender garlic and pumpkin steamed pork ribs
- 1. First, prepare fresh pork ribs, pumpkin, and garlic for later use. (When buying pork ribs, ask the boss to chop them small so that they can be steamed more easily. This is too big for me, so the steaming time is longer.).
- 2. Cut the pumpkin into pieces and place it on a plate. Clean the pork ribs thoroughly (here, the pork ribs do not need to be drained, so they need to be washed several times to be clean).
- 3. Chop the garlic into small pieces, then add hot oil to stimulate its aroma (the oil must be heated up a bit! This can stimulate the taste of the garlic).
- 4. Then add oyster sauce, salt, soy sauce, a little white granulated sugar, a little pepper, and some shredded ginger to mix well.
- 5. Pour the cleaned pork ribs into the freshly mixed garlic sauce, and finally pour a little starch water. Then, use your hands to evenly grasp and add 20 minutes of appearance, allowing the garlic aroma and pork ribs to blend together.
- 6. Pour the marinated pork ribs into the freshly cut pumpkin and spread them flat. Steam in a pot for about 20 minutes.
- 7. After steaming, sprinkle a little scallion garnish on top of the pot, then drizzle with a little hot oil. A fragrant and tender garlic steamed pork rib is ready to serve
