Steps to make Double Berry Chocolate Mousse, a birthday cake made for children
- 1. Bake a six inch chiffon cake using the main ingredients.
- 2. 100g of pure milk+2 raw egg yolks+10g of gelatin slices+130g of dark chocolate, heat over low heat, stir well, and let dry to room temperature.
- 3. 15g of granulated sugar+200g of light cream.
- 4. Use an electric whisk to beat until seven portions are evenly distributed.
- 5. Add whipped cream to the cooled chocolate sauce.
- 6. Stir thoroughly and evenly, avoiding excessive temperature of chocolate sauce.
- 7. Slice the cake evenly into three pieces.
- 8. It looks good.
- 9. Cut the cake slices by about 0.7 centimeters along the edges with scissors.
- 10. Place one of the pieces into the movable bottom mold.
- 11. Add one-third mousse solution.
- 12. Smooth it out, add a second slice of cake, and then pour in one-third mousse solution.
- 13. Finally, add the third slice of cake, pour in the remaining mousse solution, smooth it out, and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
- 14. Add 43 grams of dark chocolate to 40 grams of light cream, heat over low heat, stir well, and squeeze to the edges of the mousse cake.
- 15. Place blueberries and strawberries on the table.
