  • 1. Mix 200g of regular flour and 10g of matcha powder evenly after sieving.
  • 2. Add 2 grams of yeast and 20 grams of white sugar, mix well.
  • 3. Warm milk 125 grams, stir while adding.
  • 4. Stir until it becomes flocculent. Note: Different types of flour have different water absorption properties. Milk can be fine tuned, as long as there is no obvious powder at the bottom.
  • 5. Rub it evenly with your hands first.
  • 6. Cover with a damp towel and let it relax for 10 minutes, which will make it easier to rub.
  • 7. Take out the loose dough, knead and fold for a few minutes until the dough is smooth.
