The neighbor sent a lot of newly picked zongzi leaves, and coincidentally, there is still some glutinous rice left at home. Then use it to wrap some braised pork dumplings! My child and I had light meals and enjoyed the taste of the ingredients themselves, so this time we didn't add any other seasonings to the cured meat zongzi. If you like something with a stronger flavor, you can add some soy sauce and mix all the ingredients together before wrapping!

Steps to make Loong Boat Festival is coming, come on, wrap some bacon dumplings!
- 1. Wash the zongzi leaves three times with running water to remove dust and soil.
- 2. Wash and soak glutinous rice with water from a water purifier.
- Soak for about 2 hours and discard any excess water.
- 4. Clean the bacon, remove the fat, and wrap Zongzi with lean meat. It will not be greasy! After washing, cut into granules!
- 5. Mix glutinous rice and diced bacon well (if you prefer a stronger flavor, you can add a little soy sauce and pepper. Pepper has a spicy taste, so I'm afraid my children won't accept it, so I didn't add it.)
- 6. Fold Zongzi into a cone, as shown in the figure.
- Put a chopstick inside.
- 8. Scoop a small amount of glutinous rice with a spoon and pour it into the zongzi leaves. Gently poke the glutinous rice with chopsticks until it reaches the tip. In this way, Zongzi can be wrapped more tightly.
- 9. Fill as shown in the picture, it's eight or nine full.
- 10. Pinch both sides tightly.
- 11. Press the top leaves firmly to cover the glutinous rice.
- 12. Tie it up with a rope.
- Hehe, the first bag is ready!
- 14. Pack everything in this order.
- 15. Put it in a pressure cooker and boil it until the water is below Zongzi. The electric pressure cooker I use at home has the function of boiling beans/pig trotters, and it can automatically keep warm and release pressure before cooking!
- 16. Try it! The fragrance of zongzi leaves, combined with the salty aroma of cured meat, is delicious and not greasy!
