Steps to make Meat Zongzi

  • 1. Glutinous rice.
  • 2. Clean the zongzi leaves and blanch them in hot water.
  • 3. After cleaning the glutinous rice, add alkali, light soy sauce, consume oil, salt, and stir evenly.
  • 4. The pork belly is marinated one night in advance, seasoned with cooking wine, soy sauce, and oyster sauce.
