Steps to make Meat Zongzi
- 1. Glutinous rice.
- 2. Clean the zongzi leaves and blanch them in hot water.
- 3. After cleaning the glutinous rice, add alkali, light soy sauce, consume oil, salt, and stir evenly.
- 4. The pork belly is marinated one night in advance, seasoned with cooking wine, soy sauce, and oyster sauce.
- The first step is to fold it into a nest.
- Step 2: Put in glutinous rice and poke it downwards with chopsticks.
