Steps to make Hua Zao Mo Mo
- 1. Put yeast powder, warm water, and noodles into the flour. Mix until there is no dry powder, knead and cover with plastic wrap for fermentation.
- 2. The fermentation is completed in about 90 minutes and the exhaust is released.
- 3. Divide the dough into equally sized pieces and knead them into a garden with the mouth facing downwards.
- 4. Take a Mantou and make a hole.
- 5. Put a red date in it.
- 6. Put it in a pot for about 20 minutes of secondary fermentation, then steam over high heat for 20 minutes.
