Steps to make Spanish Potato Cake
- 1. Prepare materials
- 2. Peel the potatoes into slices
- 3. Cut onions into small pieces
- 4. Cut bacon into small pieces
- 5. Put onions and potatoes into a large bowl, add some salt and shake well
- 6. Pour olive oil into the pot and heat it up
- 7. Add onions and potatoes and stir fry until soft. Add bacon slices and stir fry together
- 8. The potatoes are slowly starting to soften and rot. Stand up the spoon and chop them into small pieces
