Steps to make Full of Love - Pumpkin Cake

  • 1. One piece of pumpkin, peel, wash, cut into small pieces, steam in a pot until cooked.
  • 2. Put the steamed pumpkin chunks into a blender and mash them into pumpkin puree.
  • 3. Flour 200G, glutinous rice flour 100G, (if you like hard taste, you can order more flour, if you like soft taste, you can order more glutinous Rice noodles) appropriate amount of white sugar. (Increase sugar content according to personal preference)
  • 4. Add pumpkin puree to the flour. Pumpkin itself has moisture, so there is no need to add water when mixing with noodles
  • 5. Mix it into dough.
  • 6. Knead into a smooth dough.
  • 7. Take the kneaded pumpkin dough and roll it into 2CM thick slices.
  • 8. Use a heart-shaped mold to press out the shape.
  • 9. Heat up a flat bottomed pan, add a small amount of oil, add pumpkin cakes, turn the heat to minimum, and simmer until golden brown.
  • 10. Heat both sides until golden brown.
