I really like Spanish seafood rice, but I don't have any green mouth or some spices at home, and I can't buy saffron. So I'll call it seafood rice.

Steps to make Paella
- 1. Wash the onions and cut them into small pieces, wash the colored peppers, remove seeds and cut them into small pieces, and wash the tomatoes and cut them into small pieces.
- 2. Garlic with thin skin, half of which is sliced.
- 3. Wash the shrimp and cut off its whiskers.
- 4. Soak the clams in water and spit sand, then drain and set aside.
- 5. Wash and cut the squid into long strips.
- 6. Take a pot, add an appropriate amount of water, fragrant leaves, and whole cloves of garlic to boil, add clams, pour in white wine, and cook for about 5 minutes.
- 7. Remove the cooked clams, select half of the incomplete ones, and peel off the meat for later use.
- 8. Filter the soup of boiled clams and set aside.
- 9. Take a frying pan, heat it up, add cooking oil, heat it to 60% heat, then add garlic slices and onion cubes, stir fry until fragrant.
- 10. Add chili powder and stir fry evenly.
- 11. Add tomatoes and stir fry until soft and juicy.
- 12. Add clam meat, bell peppers, and squid, stir fry evenly.
- 13. Add white pepper and salt, stir fry evenly.
- 14. Add washed rice and stir fry evenly.
- 15. Pour in the soup of boiled clams, slightly below the surface of the rice, and use a shovel to smooth the rice.
- 16. Place shrimp and clams on top of the rice, cover and reduce heat, and cook until the rice is soft and the soup is drained. Place lemon slices on top.
