- 6. Mix low flour and cocoa powder and sieve, then add half to the egg mixture and mix. Mix quickly using the technique of flipping.
- 7. Sift in the other half of the powder and mix quickly.
- 8. Pour the cooled chocolate mixture into the egg batter.
