Steps to make Snowman flipping sugar cup cake
- 1. The required sugar syrup and pigment, which I used as the basic four colors plus melanin, are a total of five
- 2. Apply a small amount of white oil to your hands and take an appropriate amount of sugar cream. Rub it with your hands until it is soft, smooth, and elastic. Adjust the sugar cream to the desired color
- 3. Take two pieces of white sugar syrup of the same size, knead them round, and use toothpicks to assemble them together, namely the body and head of the snowman
- 4. Use a sugar flipping tool to press out the contour of the eyes for fixation
- 5. Take black sugar rolling cream and knead it into two oval shapes of the same size, which will be used as the eyes of the snowman and glued to the face
- 6. Rub the red sugar cream into a cone and use it as the nose of the snowman. Use a toothpick to pick out the pattern and stick it to the head as an ear cap. Rub long strips of blue and yellow sugar flipping cream together and wrap them around the neck as scarves
- 7. Put on another small hat
- 8. Use a sugar rolling pen to dip a little red pigment on the mouth and draw it

- 10. Roll out the sugar flipping cream and spread it on a cupcake. Use your hand to press along the edge of the cup to remove any excess parts
- 11. Assemble the snowman onto a cupcake
