- 3. Add milk and stir well with an egg beater!
- 4. Mix low gluten flour, corn starch, and baking powder through sieving, then add egg batter and mix well!
- 5. Heat butter in the microwave over medium heat for 1 minute to melt, then add it to the batter and stir evenly with an egg beater.
- 6. Sieve the batter once, add melted butter and mix well. Cover the batter with plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator to wake up for 30 minutes!
- 7. Put the batter into a large cup or decorative bag!
- 8. Heat the mold made of seabream over an open flame, cover all sides with butter to prevent sticking, and pour in a little batter. Cover the bottom of the mold with a thin layer, then add the prepared honey red beans!
- 9. Pour in a little more batter and cover the filling, making sure to drizzle the fish in the corners to make it complete!
- 10. Cover the mold with a small heat, heat it for about 1 minute, flip it over, and then heat it for another 2 minutes!
- 11. Flip over and bake for another 30 seconds, then try opening the mold slightly. If it can be easily opened, you can check the burning color to determine whether to continue baking. If you feel resistance, do not forcefully open it to prevent the small fish from breaking its appearance and needing to be burned again and try again!
- 12. Baked small fish, put it in a drying net to cool down. If placed on a plate, there may be moisture at the bottom!
- 13. Braised sea bream is the best when cooked and eaten right away. It's hot and cool, so let's heat it up a little more!
