Steps to make Coriander and fresh meat dumplings
- 1. Take an appropriate amount of flour and add it to warm water. Mix it into a moderately soft and hard dough. Wake up for 30 minutes, and knead a few more times in the middle.
- 2. After washing cilantro, control the water level.
- 3. Cut lean meat into small pieces and put them into a meat grinder to grind into meat paste.
