Steps to make Yaozhu sauce meat zongzi
- 1. Put the zongzi leaves in boiling water and blanch until soft. Remove and rinse with clean water for later use

- 3. Soak glutinous rice in clean water for 3-4 hours, then remove and wash to dry. Add an appropriate amount of dark soy sauce, salt, and olive oil, stir well, and set aside for later use
- 4. Wash and dice the pork (choose your own size), marinate it overnight with cooking wine, soy sauce, salt, and five spice powder for later use
- 5. Yaozhu should also be soaked in warm water in advance to soften and set aside for later use
- 6. Roll the processed leaves into a funnel shape and add a little sticky rice
- 7. Put the marinated piece of pork into it
- 8. Cover with another layer of glutinous rice and place an appropriate amount of scallops in the middle
