Homemade Japanese Tofu
When it comes to tofu, I can't say that it is a regular customer on my table. It will appear every few days anyway. Steps to make Homemade Japanese Tofu

  • 1. First prepare eggs and cold soybean milk in a ratio of 1:1.
  • 2. Add some salt to the egg mixture and stir well.
  • 3. Mix the egg mixture well.
  • 4. Add soybean milk and mix well.
  • 5. Filter in a container covered with cling film.
  • 6. Wrap another layer of cling film and tie a few holes on top.
  • 7. Steam in a pot for 20 minutes.
  • 8. Steam and cool, then cut into pieces.
  • 9. Have a delicious dish of green vegetables and tofu.
