Steps to make Papaya coconut milk jelly
- 1. Prepare the materials. If there is no coconut milk, coconut powder can also be used.
- 2. Cut off the top of the papaya and empty it with a spoon for later use.
- 3. Soften the gelatin tablets (2 tablets totaling 10g) with cold water.
- Put 4.200g of pure milk, 80g of coconut milk, and 20g of white sugar into a milk pot, stir evenly, turn on low heat, and heat until warm but not too hot.
