Steps to make Shacha Beef
- 1. Prepare beef slices (this beef slice contains a lot of fat, and we only have this ingredient at home. Actually, it's best to use beef that doesn't have that much fat to make this dish)
- 2. Cut the beef slices and add soy sauce, salt, and chicken essence
- 3. Mix the beef slices evenly
- 4. Add water starch powder
- 5. Knead the beef slices evenly again, be sure to do so, otherwise it will affect the taste afterwards
- 6. Pour in cooking oil and marinate for 10 minutes
- 7. Heat the wok with oil and bring it to 40% heat. Add beef slices and let it slide for a moment (using oil will make the beef taste more tender)
- 8. After lubricating the beef, remove it and set it aside for later use
- 9. Start the pot again, add a little oil (or leave some bottom oil), add minced garlic, ginger slices, and onions, and stir fry until fragrant
