Steps to make Jianpi Qushi Tang
- 1. Wash Job's tears with clean water.
- 2. Clean the adzuki beans thoroughly.
- 3. Pour the cleaned Job's tears into a pot and stir fry over low heat until dry.
- 4. Pour the washed red beans into the pot and stir fry over low heat until dry.
- Stir fry for about an hour without stopping.
- 6. Stir fry until Job's tears turn golden brown, then turn off the heat and let cool.
- 7. After stir frying, take Job's tears, adzuki beans, water chestnuts, Poria cocos, and lotus seeds.
- 8. Clean and soak for two hours.
- 9. Put the ingredients in a clay pot with cold water.
- 10. Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to low heat and simmer slowly for about an hour.
- 11. Turn off the fire.
