Steps to make Mango Double Skin Milk
- 1. The prepared materials include 250ml of pure milk. Two eggs. One mango, one and a half spoons of white sugar
- 2. First, pour the milk into the pot and heat it up (just heat it up, don't boil it)
- 3. Pour the heated milk into a cup and let it cool for later use
- 4. Crack the eggs into a small bowl, use only egg white, add a spoonful and a half of white sugar, and stir well
- 5. After milk is cooled, a layer of milk skin will form on the surface. Make a small incision with chopsticks
