Steps to make Mango Double Skin Milk

  • 1. The prepared materials include 250ml of pure milk. Two eggs. One mango, one and a half spoons of white sugar
  • 2. First, pour the milk into the pot and heat it up (just heat it up, don't boil it)
  • 3. Pour the heated milk into a cup and let it cool for later use
  • 4. Crack the eggs into a small bowl, use only egg white, add a spoonful and a half of white sugar, and stir well
  • 5. After milk is cooled, a layer of milk skin will form on the surface. Make a small incision with chopsticks
  • 6. Pour the milk into another bowl, leaving the milk skin and a small amount in the cowboy cup
  • 7. Pour egg whites into milk
  • 8. Stir evenly
  • 9. Filter the milk through a sieve and remove any bubbles
  • 10. Pour the milk back into the original cup and slowly pour it along the edge of the cup, allowing the milk skin to float completely
  • 11. Cover with plastic wrap, steam in the pot for 10 minutes, turn off the heat and let it simmer for 3 minutes. Remove the plastic wrap and put in the sliced mango cubes for consumption
