Steps to make Fried Wudong with Vegetables
- 1. After taking a photo of the vegetable heart, beans, and onions, I washed them, cut them, and opened the Fujian oil noodles before discovering the problem. Therefore, I threw away the Fujian oil noodles and took the first picture of the Wudong noodles and the cut vegetables together.
- 2. First blanch the vegetable hearts and remove them.
- 3. Blanch the beans again.
- 4. Finally, blanch udon noodles.
- 5. Heat a wok and pour in an appropriate amount of olive oil, then add onions and stir fry until fragrant.
- 6. Add a little Himalayan salt to the green beans and cabbage, stir fry evenly, and dish up.
- 7. Pour a little more olive oil into the pot and add udon noodles.
- 8. Add an appropriate amount of light soy sauce and stir evenly.
