Steps to make Vegetable mashed potatoes
- 1. Wash potatoes thoroughly and cook them with or without skin;
- 2. Peel the cooked potatoes and press them into a paste with a spoon while they are still hot, not too thin, preferably in small pieces;
- 3. Cut bacon into small pieces;
- 4. Slowly stir fry the bacon slices over low heat until golden brown and crispy;
- 5. Mix mashed potatoes, bacon slices, and washed and shredded lettuce leaves, then add milk, salt, and black pepper powder and mix well;
