Steps to make plum juice
- 1. Ingredients: Ume, hawthorn, osmanthus, licorice, rock sugar, etc.
- 2. Wash away the floating dust from the black plum, dried hawthorn slices, tangerine peel, licorice slices, and hibiscus flowers with clean water and remove them.
- 3. Put it into a soup pot, add purified water, bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce the heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
