Steps to make Yogurt Chocolate rice dumpling

  • 1. Pour homemade plain yogurt into a cotton cloth, place a stick on chopsticks in a tall cup, and filter out the milk. The cotton cloth used for filtering should be boiled in hot water and disinfected before use. Don't waste the filtered milk, it's great for making bread.
  • 2. The filtered thick yogurt, also known as yogurt.
  • 3. Dark chocolate coins should be melted in warm water at a temperature of about 50 degrees Celsius.   • 10. Ensure strict packaging. You can eat as many packages as you want. I packed it all at once, frozen the excess in the refrigerator, and can take it as soon as I eat.
  • 11. Put boiling water into the pot, bring it to a boil, and then turn to low heat.
  • 12. When the rice dumpling is floating, cook it for about 3 minutes, and watch the rice dumpling become larger.
