Steps to make Crispy rice dumpling
- 1. Prepare the ingredients. The Cong you bing is salty, so I paired it with rice dumpling with crab roe and egg yolk quicksand.
- 2. Take out rice dumpling in advance to defrost for 3 or 5 minutes, without complete defrosting.
- 3. Cong you bing can also be defrosted for 3-5 minutes.
