I am fortunate to participate in Meitian's lifelong recipe collection activity today. Looking back on this day fifteen years ago, at the beautiful Daya Bay Nuclear Power Station in Shenzhen, I met the father of my child. From knowing him to getting married to now having a family of three with children, looking back on that sweet, warm, and romantic time, it is still full of happiness. And the most unforgettable thing for me was when I was in a relationship with my child's father. His father gave me a photo of himself with a few words on the back, which read "I'm ugly, but I'm gentle." After reading it, I felt that this man was a bit silly and cute, and I was also moved by his frank and silly nature. So, I foolishly fell in love with him. And entrusted to me for the rest of my life. Today I am making this dish, firstly to participate in Meitian's lifelong recipe collection activity, and secondly to commemorate the 15th anniversary of my acquaintance with my child's father**
