After reading it, I felt that this man was a bit silly and cute, and I was also moved by his frank and silly nature. So, I foolishly fell in love with him. And entrusted to me for the rest of my life. Today I am making this dish, firstly to participate in Meitian's lifelong recipe collection activity, and secondly to commemorate the 15th anniversary of my acquaintance with my child's father**

Steps to make Sauteed Shrimp with Broccoli

  • 1. Prepare the main ingredients, shrimp and Shanghai vegetables.
  • 2. Wash the shrimp, remove the shell and head, keep the tail, and make a small incision in the middle of the shrimp, without cutting at both ends.
  • 3. Insert the tail of the shrimp through the middle belly. As shown in the picture
  • 4. After shaping, put it on a plate, add soy sauce, cooking wine, and marinate with pepper and salt for later use.
  • 5. Take stems from Shanghai Qingde leaves and cut them into heart-shaped shapes.
  • 6. Add water to the pot and bring to a boil.
  • 7. Add the stems and heat until cooked.
  • 8. Retrieve and set aside for later use.
  • 9. Heat the shrimp until cooked.
  • 10. Retrieve and set aside for later use.
  • 11. Take a flat plate and arrange the stems as shown in the picture.
  • 12. Spread the shrimp on top of the stem.
  • 13. Add a little oil and water to the pot, bring chicken powder and salt to a boil, and mix a spoonful of cornstarch with a little water to thicken the soup.
  • 14. Drizzle the soup onto the surface of the shrimp to complete.
