Steps to make 【 Jiangsu 】 Wensi Tofu
- 1. Prepare tofu and shredded pork
- 2. Cut the tofu into thin slices first, and then cut it into thin shreds
- 3. Rinse twice in a basin filled with clean water
- 4. Prepare water starch and scallions
- 5. Add cooking wine and cornstarch to shredded pork, mix well and let it sit for half an hour. Wash the mushrooms and cut them into thin strips
- 6. Pour oil into the pot and add shredded pork until it changes color. Remove from the pot
- 7. Stir fry the shredded shiitake mushrooms until fragrant and lifted
- 8. Pour water into the pot, bring it to a boil, then remove the shredded tofu and add it
- 9. Add the shiitake mushrooms and shredded meat again
- 10. Season with salt after boiling
