Steps to make Red date paper cupcake
- 1. Cut the red dates into pieces with scissors.
- 2. Separation of egg yolk and egg white. Add corn oil, water, and sugar to the egg yolk bowl and mix well.
- 3. Add sifted low flour and mix well, do not over stir.
- 4. Add two drops of white vinegar to the protein bowl and beat until coarse, then add 40 grams of 1/3 sugar.
- 5. When the protein is slightly delicate, add 40 grams of 2/3 sugar.
- 6. Add the final sugar when the protein has coarse lines.
- 7. Beat the egg whites until the whisk is picked up, forming a short triangular shape.
