Steps to make picked bean vermicelli
- 1. Soak sweet potato flour until soft and cut short.
- 2. Clean pickled Chinese cabbage once and squeeze out the water.
- 3. Peel and shred the pork belly.
- 4. Boil water in a pot and add sweet potato flour until cooked and cooled.
- 5. Add lard to the pot and stir fry the pork belly until it changes color.
- 6. Add scallions, ginger, garlic, and dry red chili peppers and stir fry until fragrant.
- 7. Add cooking wine, dark soy sauce, and stir fry well.
- 8. Add pickled Chinese cabbage and stir fry.
- 9. Add sweet potato flour and stir fry well.
- 10. Add salt and sugar and stir fry well again.
