Steps to make Yaki Soba
- 1. Prepare the ingredients, wash and remove the hard stems from the cabbage, cut it into large pieces, peel and shred the carrots, cut the sausages into strips, or add bacon if you don't like sausages. Bagged udon noodles are wet noodles that can be boiled in boiling water for one minute (do not boil for too long, otherwise it will break easily when stir fried). Remove and let cool to drain the water.
- 2. Heat a flat bottomed pan, pour in more cooking oil than usual, saut é the chopped scallions until fragrant, then add shredded carrots and stir fry.
- 3. Add cabbage, light soy sauce, and a little salt. Adding salt will quickly soften the cabbage.
- 4. After the cabbage softens and comes out of the water, put in the sausage
- 5. Put in the drained noodles again
- 6. Pour in half a tablespoon of dark soy sauce to adjust the color, then use chopsticks to spread the noodles. Stir fry until the noodles are evenly colored, then turn off the heat and remove from the pot.
- 7. After washing the pan, pour in a little oil over medium heat, add the eggs, fry until the egg whites are fully cooked and the yolk is half cooked. Turn off the heat, place the soft boiled poached eggs on top of the stir fried noodles, and mix well with chopsticks when eating.
