Steps to make Olive Oil Soaked Tomatoes
- 1. Main ingredients required: small tomatoes, rosemary, sea salt, black pepper, olive oil, chopped parsley, white sugar.
- 2. Wash and soak small tomatoes for ten minutes.
- 3. Dry the surface moisture by removing the stem.
- 4. Place the cut side up in the baking tray (preferably with silicone paper underneath, as I don't have it at home, so I'll just lay it on the baking tray).
- 5. Sprinkle sea salt evenly on the small tomatoes.
- 6. Screw in black pepper.
- 7. Spray olive oil.
- 8. Sprinkle some rosemary.
- 9. Sprinkle some chopped parsley and bake at 140 degrees Celsius in the oven for one hour.
- 10. When grilling tomatoes, start a new pot and add olive oil. In a cold pot, add the cold oil and stir fry the garlic slices slowly over low heat until the garlic slices turn slightly yellow and give off a fragrant aroma. Add rosemary (forgot to pat) and turn off the heat to let it cool.
- 11. After baking the tomatoes, take them out and let them cool.
- 12. Mix the cooled garlic oil and tomatoes together and place them in a sealed container.
- 13. It tastes even better after being left for two days.
