Steps to make Specially made braised pork
- 1. Wash the fresh pork belly, remove the fur from the pig skin, freeze it in the refrigerator for 20 minutes for easy cutting, and then cut the pork belly into 1cm square cubes.
- 2. Wash the shiitake mushrooms and cut them into 1cm square cubes for later use
