Steps to make Braised Chicken Leg
- 1. Wash and bone the chicken legs, cut them into large pieces
- 2. Add rice wine and stir well;
- 3. Marinate for about 15 minutes;
- 4. Before cooking, dry the water with kitchen paper or disinfectant towels;
- 5. Put oyster sauce, fresh soy sauce, light soy sauce, and rock sugar together in a small bowl, add boiling water, mix well until the rock sugar is almost melted, and make a seasoning sauce for later use;
- 6. Slice ginger and chop garlic into coarse grains;
- 7. Start a frying pan, heat it up and add cold oil. Add 2 tablespoons of cooking oil and stir fry ginger and garlic over low heat until fragrant;
- 8. With the meat skin facing downwards, put in the chicken leg chunks and fry over low heat to make oil;
- 9. Flip over and continue frying until both sides are slightly burnt yellow;
- 10. Add seasoning sauce, turn to medium high heat, and continue frying;
