Steps to make Braised Mushroom Noodles with Sauce

  • 1. Three or two pairs of shiitake mushroom noodles for later use;
  • 2. Cut two bamboo shoots into small pieces;
  • 3. Heat 80% of the oil in the pot and add water bamboo to stir fry for a while;
  • 4. Add shiitake mushrooms and continue to stir fry until water comes out;
  • 5. Add dough and stir fry well;
  • 6. Seasoning with soy sauce, sugar, and five spice powder;
  • 7. Add half a bowl of water and simmer over medium heat for five minutes;
  • 8. Stir fry the sauce over high heat with chicken essence;
