One of the most popular bentos in Japanese restaurants. The materials are a bit expensive, but compared to what the store sells, the cost is more than halved, and the taste is exactly the same! The method is simple, it only takes fifteen minutes to happily eat meat in large bites.

Steps to make Braised Eel Rice with Sauce
- 1. Thaw the cooked eel wrapped in sauce (soak the packaging bag in cold water for only 10 minutes to completely soften), then take out the fish meat and heat it in the microwave before consumption. Add some salt to break up the eggs.
- 2. Keep the fire low and spread Egg cakes. I fried three Egg cakes in the smallest pan.
- 3. Use oil absorbent paper to cushion Egg cakes. Continue frying the green beans. The green beans here are already cooked. Heat them over medium heat in a frying pan until they are completely thawed and heat through.
- 4. Season green beans with some salt. Fold three Egg cakes and cut them into strips.
- 5. Spread the microwave heated eel, green beans, and eggs over the rice. Drizzle in more eel juice (delicious for mixing rice), and finally sprinkle with scallions and thin slices of firewood.
- 6. Start eating.
