Steps to make Boiled pork slices in water
- 1. Blanch seafood mushrooms in water for later use.
- 2. Slice pork, cut baby bok choy into pieces, and mince scallions, ginger, and garlic.
- 3. Put Sichuan pepper, sesame pepper, and dried chili peppers into the dry pot.
- 4. Roast over low heat until fragrant.
- 5. Put the meat slices into soy sauce, mix well with starch, and mash the roasted Sichuan pepper into powder for later use.
- 6. Heat oil in an iron pot and stir fry with scallions, ginger, and garlic until fragrant.
- 7. Add red oil and bean paste.
- 8. Stir fry red oil.
- 9. Add baby bok choy and stir fry until soft.
- 10. Add seafood mushrooms.
- 11. Add water and bring to a boil, then season with salt.
