Steps to make Fried Lotus Root Cake
- 1. Add salt, chicken essence, white sugar, and soy sauce to the meat filling and stir vigorously;
- 2. Remove the tendons and wash the Dutch beans thoroughly;
- 3. Peel the lotus root and cut it into pieces with a knife;
- 4. Put the pork filling into the lotus root clip;
- 5. Put the lotus root clip into a pot and fry over low heat until both sides turn golden yellow;
- 6. Blanch the Dutch beans in boiling water and place them on a plate;
- 7. Place the fried lotus root clip on top of the Dutch beans.
